The deadline for submission is January 31, 2024. One rebate submission per customer. Rebate program is available only in the U.S. for municipal, county and state agencies and U.S. commercial organizations that purchase Altosid^_®, FourStar^_®, Zenivex^_® or Duplex™-G products from an approved U.S. Central Life Sciences agent/distributor.
